If you have difficulty setting up your email client, you will need seek advice from a IT specialist to setup your computer.
Remember, you can always use our Webmail - which does not require any setup, simply visit
webmail.zeald.com on any computer.
If you have problems SENDING emails from your email client, follow these
step by step instructions to determine the problem.
To send and receive emails on your Email Client (such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail) you will need to enter these following settings.
Mail server settings
Your name, your email address
These appear in the "from" address of emails you send using this account
Username and password
Zeald will have provided you with an email and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it by logging into the master account on
Domain & Email Manager.
If you are on Zeald iServe Legacy Hosting, your username will be different to your email address, and if you have forgotten your password you will need to contact the Zeald Support Team.
Incoming (pop3) mail server

The incoming mail server details for clients on Zeald's Domain & Email Manager are;

Outgoing (SMTP) mail server
The Outgoing mail server will be your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) mail server details
eg. if you use Xtra, outgoing mail server will be smtp.xtra.co.nz
Your ISP will provide you with the details of the SMTP server you should use. Zeald cannot provide you with an SMTP server because many ISPs block access to external SMTP servers as a measure to control spam.
If you dont know what SMTP server details to use you should contact your ISP's helpdesk, however you may find it in the following list
