It's hard to believe December's here! Hope all is well.

In this months newsletter we introduce our Professional Services Team and launch our 2011 Advent Calendar. We have also included some important information regarding our hours over the Christmas period - make sure you are aware of when support will be available!

2011 Advent Calendar

Join us in the exciting countdown to Christmas. From today until the 25th of December, our Advent Calendar will be running. We have searched the net for the best videos of the year and hope they will bring a smile to your face. Make sure you bookmark it so you can check back everyday, and be sure to share it with your friends and colleagues - the more people smiling the better!




Christmas Hours

Over the Christmas period we like to give our hard-working team a bit of time off to sit back and relax. This year, Zeald will be finishing on Friday the 23rd of December and coming back on the 9th of January. However, except for statutory holidays and weekends, support will still be available as normal.
  • Monday 26th Dec, Tuesday 27th Dec, Monday 2nd Jan and Tuesday 3rd Jan: Statutory holidays. Support will be available at no cost ONLY for genuine emergencies. All other call outs will incur a minimum fee of $197.
