How to Assign a Customer to a Group Manually

  1. In the administration end of the website, click on the Customers tab
  2. Find the customer in either the Active or Inactive Customers list
  3. Click on the Username to view their details
  4. Click on the Groups tab
  5. From the dropdown box on the right hand side of the screen, select the group to which you wish to assign the customer, e.g. "New Customers 2011", and click the Add customer to group button

How to Remove a Customer from a Group Manually

  1. In the administration end of the website, click on the Customers tab
  2. Find the customer in either the Active or Inactive Customers list
  3. Click on the Username to view their details
  4. Click on the Groups tab
  5. Click on the small red cross to the left of the group from which you wish to remove the customer
