To login to your website and make changes please put the following after your website address;
/admin/login

So for example, if your website address was www.abc.co.nz, you will need to type
www.abc.co.nz/admin/login

Try these tips for problems logging in

  • Make sure you are entering your login website address into your browsers URL/website address field (at the top of your browser) and not into a Google/Yahoo search box

  • Please ensure you haven't accidentally have your Caps Lock on/off when entering your username or password
  • Clear cookies and cache on your browser
  • If your browser (eg Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox) stores passwords, try clearing your stored passwords and manually type in your username and password again
  • If you have attempted the steps above and still face problems, please contact Support
