How it works

Izzybots Core is being used by the GEM PH e-commerce clients as an extension of their website to sell their products at the same time for customers to reach out to them. We set up an instance of the Chatbot on the client's Facebook account and connect it to their ZEST/ GEM website.

Users can browse all of the products’ categories and items a business has in Chatbot. Users can select whether they want to order their selected products either in the client’s site or directly in the chat.

Add to Cart & Update Item Quantity

Buyers can add their selected items in a cart in Chatbot. They can also remove their selected items in their carts and update the quantity of their items or orders.

Upon checking out Chatbot will ask buyers to provide their email address to send their receipt copy. After that, the buyer should enter their name and present address.

Delivery Method

Buyers can select two options for the delivery method of their orders. These are Click & Collect or Pick-up and Cash on Delivery. The GEM PH team allows Cash on Delivery transactions in the Philippines as part of the main transaction of the GEM sites.

Once the buyer has entered his/her email address and present address, he/she can now Place Order and Select a Payment Option, for the Payment Option Chatbot supports GCash, Paymaya, and Cash (Cash on Delivery) as its payment options.
