Internet Explorer Security Warning

Visitors to your website who use the Internet Explorer browser may encounter a pop up
Secuirty Warning with the following message...

Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?
This webpage contains content that will not delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.

SecurityWarning_1.png

If visitors click 'Yes' then the browser will block non-secure HTTP content, while selecting 'No' means it will display mixed content (both secure HTTPS/SSL and non-secure HTTP).
Please note that all your website pages are non-secure HTTP, except for members pages, shopping cart and checkout/payment pages which are HTTPS.

You will only see the security warning on HTTPS pages ie members area, shopping cart or checkout/payment pages.  It is caused by the inclusion of an image, script or frame loading from a non-secured (HTTP) rather than secure (HTTPS) connection.  The most likely cause of this is HTML source code pasted from other sites (eg "Embed code") although in some cases if you cut and paste content including images from another website this can also cause it.

To fix this:
  1. If you have pasted source code recently that was provided by a third-party, you will need to contact them and explain the error you are getting, hopefully they can provide a version of their source code that is compatible with HTTPS url's.
  2. If you've recently had a customisation, especially one to implement third-party scripts or widgets, then please contact the Zeald Production team, to see if the customisation is the cause of the security warning.
  3. Otherwise you will probably have to contact the Zeald Support team to see if it is something we can help with
