Strategy Development

Experience has shown me that most people who decide to develop a new website like to skip the Strategy Development Phase and get straight into the detail of planning their new website.  Many people who have decided to get a website will immediately pull out a bit of paper and start drawing on the bit of paper to demonstrate how they want to structure their website.

Do allow yourself to fall into this trap!
Do not get into the detail too early!

Make sure you take the time to carefully develop your strategy.  Be disciplined, put the effort in and carefully work your way through this section otherwise your results will suffer.  You have been warned! :-)
