Hope you're having a great week and counting down to Christmas. In this issue we have a great resource that you can use regularly to start making improvements to your website. We've also listed our Christmas closing hours - please be sure to have a read.

Want amazing results from your website? 

Like running a business, the one golden rule to remember about a website is that it's never quite 'complete'. If you want to get the best results from your website you need to improve it continually - otherwise it will not perform at its full potential. If you haven't already come across our Website Fundamentals article, it's well worth a read as it will explain this concept further.

The first step towards improving your website results is to start making it a priority. This means committing time, resource and a little bit of budget towards it - and doing it regularly. Therefore, make a plan now for 2011 - block out time in your calendar every month where you can spend a few hours on your website and start making improvements to it.

And if you're wondering where to start with this process, we have created a comprehensive checklist in the right order, which will make it easy to get started. We'll keep updating this checklist regularly to make it current and more relevant.

Zeald 2010 Christmas hours

Every year we like to give our hard-working team a bit of time off around Christmas - you know, to keep them sane ;-). So this year Zeald will finish on Friday the 24th of December and we will return to work on Monday, 10th of January 2011. During the holidays we'll have a skeleton support service in  place to assist you, should you require emergency support.

  • From the 25th Dec 2010 till the 2nd of Jan 2011, we'll have our standard emergency crew on standby for genuine website emergencies. If you do require support that is not a genuine emergency there will be a minimum call out fee of $250 and $250/hour thereafter.
  • From the 3rd to the 10th of Jan 2011, we will have very limited email support available.
