We regularly get queries from our clients asking about emails they have received regarding their domain name or server capacity. These are spam, and you can safely ignore these emails. In some case, it may even be dangerous dealing with such companies.

 


Domain name spam


If you are genuinely wanting to register an overseas domain name, please carry out your own research and only deal with companies that you believe are trustworthy and safe.

Domain name spam emails are usually from an overseas email address and look something like below

On the Oct. 5 2010, we received a formal application from a company called "Snatchry International Holdings Ltd" who are applying to register "zeald " as domain name and internet keyword.

After our initial examination, we found that the keyword and domain names applied for registration are as same as your company's keyword and trademark.We don't know whether you have any relation with them. These days we are dealing with it.If you do not know this company, we doubt that they have other purposes to buy these domain names.If they are your business partner or distributor in the asia,we will automatically confirm application from your business partner after this audit procedure. Now we have not finished the registration of "Snatchry International Holdings Ltd" yet, in order to deal with this issue better.Please contact us by email as soon as possible.

During our auditing procedure we find out that the alleged “sa-lar yun Investment Corp” has no trade mark, Intellectual property, nor patent even similar to that word. as an authoritative registration organization, we have the duty to inform you this matter. If you do not know this company, we doubt that they have other aims to buy these domain names. Now we have not finished the registration of sa-lar yun Investment Corp yet, in order to deal with this issue better, please let someone who is responsible for trademark or domain name contact me as soon as possible.

Other types of spam you might receive


You might receive an email about your email having used up almost all of your storage limit.  If you receive this kind of email, you can safely ignore it.
