Importing Product Access Groups

Product access groups allow you to make a product accessible to specific customer groups. To set up a product access group click here, or talk to our support team.

If you have a product that is restricted to specific groups, when you export that product, you will see the Header “Access Groups”


To add a product to a specific group. Type in the group “code”  under Access Groups. You can also add multiple groups by separating them with a comma (,).

To check the Group codes, you can go to the customer groups tab under Customers


Import a product and check if it is properly set before you do a bulk import.
