The Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) is an identifier for products traded on the global market. It is used in product information to which or to who may a product belongs. The identifier provides a useful value in product feeds, including Google Shopping.
Google Shopping uses it in all its shopping programs. Since Zest is connecting its clients to such product feeds. It provides clients with the option of adding their GTIN to their product listings. It integrates the client's products with these product feeds including Google Shopping and helps them create advertising for their products.
How to add GTIN to an item
- Go to your Zest admin page.
- Go to ‘Items’, then select the item that you want to add a GTIN.
- Scroll down to the item edit page, and look for the ‘Search Engines & Feeds’ section.
In the GTIN input field, enter the GTIN code of the item.
