Remove a red cross (broken image)
Occasionally you may see a small red cross/x on your website if you are viewing on Internet Explorer, or a ? in Safari. Google Chrome will not display broken images.
This is what we call a broken image which means the image wasn't correctly deleted off the webpage (by selecting the image and clicking delete on your keyboard or selecting the image and Ctrl-X to delete) or if the image was deleted from the Image Manager only.

To delete the red cross or ? broken image, please follow the steps below
- Log in to your Website Manager using Internet Explorer
- Click into edit the component (either clicking the pencil icon or via editing page/item)
- Select the red cross and press Delete on your keyboard
