Using Zeald Domain & Email Manager

Accessing the Domain name and email manager

You are able to manage your email, domain registration, DNS settings and renew your domain name by logging into the Zeald domain & email manager

If this is your first time logging into your domain manager account, or if you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset your password:
  1. Click the Forgot password? Reset link at the bottom of the login screen.
  2. Enter your domain name and the system will automatically email you a new password to the email address specified. This is the email address that we have in our system associated with the domain name manager account.
  3. Once you receive the reset password, you can then return to the login page and use your domain name and new password to access your Domain manager account.
  4. You can then change the password to your own using the My Account link at the top right of your Domain manager console
If for some reason the email address associated with the domain name is not correct, you will need to call the Zeald support team 0508 932 748 or use the live online chat  to have it updated. Please note we may need to call you or the primary contact that we have in our system to authorise your request.

If we do need to make the call please do not be offended this is for your own security. We take the protection of your domain name and email very seriously - This is not something that you want to fall in the wrong hands.
