Setting up your Email account on Outlook 2003

1.Open Microsoft Outlook, click on the 'Tools' menu button, and select 'Email Accounts'.

2.Select 'Add a new e-mail account' and click 'Next'.

3.Select the 'POP3' server type and click 'Next'.

4. Fill out the following details

User information

Fill in your name and email address

(the email address is the xxx@businessname.co.nz that has been given to you if Zeald hosts your domain name and emails)


Server information
Fill in incoming mail server and outgoing mail server

The Incoming mail server is 'mail1.zeald.com' for clients on Zeald's Domain & Email Manager.

(if you are on the old Zeald iServe - incoming mail server will be pop3.zeald.com)

The Outgoing mail server will be your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) mail server details
eg. if you use Xtra, outgoing mail server will be smtp.xtra.co.nz

Logon Information
Fill in your username and password.

Your username will be your email address

(if you are on the old Zeald iServe - your username will be different to your email address)

if you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it by logging into the master account on Domain & Email Manager.

Tick 'remember password'

5. Click the 'Next' button, and then the 'Finish' button.

6. Repeat above instructions for any other email accounts you have.
